We aim to make sure you have the best chance of receiving a much greater signal, however If you purchase an antenna and find that is not successful in your particular spot, We can arrange for a refund of the antenna (Not any patch cables ordered as they are specific for your device). The Antenna must be sent back in good order and you will need to pay any freight costs + a $20 processing fee.
